Need Help with FileMaker
Prior to becoming the premier hosting provider to the FileMaker community, the current principles of worldcloud have all spent years as FileMaker developers. We understand our clients needs because we have been in your shoes. We all realize that there is 'day to day' FileMaker work, and then there are those features that take a solution to the next level.

IT Mangement
Although we work with several large corporations, many of our clients are small businesses which do not have IT departments. If a computer doesn't work, they lack the resources to take their machines to someone which can give them good advice for their specific needs. We deal with spyware, virus, software updates, license management, hardware reccomendations, and a host of other services. We can manage your machines so that you can concentrate of running your business. We have the ability to remote control your machines (with permission) to provide support and/or to do regular software maintainance. The fact that we do the maintainance means that we can restrict access which permits your employees from installing software which may harm your computer, or illegal software- which your company can be fined for each installation, even if such software was installed without permission.
Stratgic Planning
Many clients lack a focus in adopting new technologies, especially those on the web. We work with these technologies and can help create a logical plan to gracefully get you towards your goals. In many cases, there may be a database involved, but your IT planning must be much more broad than just databases. How do all these technologies come together to help make you more productive? That's the 'bigger picture' which we can provide.
Pre-Flight
We use a host of tools like Beewaz Inspector to check our files prior to releasing code to our developement clients. We also offer the 'pre-flight' checks to anyone which is hosting their database with us. Inspector checks for over 500 componets and will certainly improve/ validate your FileMaker solutions.
Quick Question
Many of us are huge advocates of the FileMaker Pro Developer's Conference (which we are exhibiting & speaking in 2011).
